CARE PLANS

Care Plans are monthly costs to take care of the Maintenance and Security of you site. To upgrade the core and plugins as needed and ensure it is all functioning well and no conflicts develop.

While all sites will have security plugins installed, they are rarely enough on their own and intense monitoring is often required especially if your business is critical.

If you choose to take care of your own site then you MUST make sure it is kept up to date and all security patches are regularly applied. It will cost you a lot of lost revenue (and customers!) if you get hacked and can’t deal with it swiftly.

Care Plans prices range between £50-£250 a month depending how many hours are allocated and how often upgrades take place.

After your site has been completed a Care Plan suitable for your site will be offered if you need it. This leaves you time to concentrate on your business rather than faffing around with the backend to keep thing safe and running smoothly. It is entirely optional.
